This document sets out the means of management of the website loveyourpix.com (“Site”) and the loveyourpix APP in relation to the processing of personal data of users who consult it. This information notice is given also pursuant to art. 13 of legislative decree n. 196/2003 – Data Protection Code - to those who interact with the web services of 190PT S.r.l. provided over the website loveyourpix.com and the loveyourpix APP. This information notice is provided only for the Site loveyourpix.com and for the APP loveyourpix and not for other websites or APPs that may be accessed through links, in relation to which 190PT S.r.l. cannot be held responsible given that it has no influence on their contents.

Following consultation of this Site, data relating to individuals identified or identifiable may be processed. The "owner" of said data processing is 190 PT S.r.l., with registered office in Cesena (FC), Via Cavalcavia n. 242 (“190PT”). Processing connected with web services on this Site take place at the registered office of 190 PT S.r.l., in Cesena (FC), Via Cavalcavia n. 242 and is carried out only by technical staff appointed for said processing

The computer systems and software procedure used in the operation of the website loveyourpix.com and the APP loveyourpix gather, during their normal operation, certain personal data the provision of which is implicit in the use of internet communication protocols. This is information which is not collected in order to be associate with identified individuals, but which by its very nature may, through elaboration and association with data held by third parties, permit the identification of the users. This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users connecting to the Site, addresses in URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) of the resources requested, time of request, method used in presenting the request to the server, size of the file obtained in reply, numeric code indicating the status of the reply given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the IT environment of the user. Said data is used for the sole purpose of collecting anonymous statistical information on the use of the Site and in order to control its correct operation, and is cancelled immediately after processing. The data may be used to ascertain liability in case any computer crimes are committed to the detriment of the site: save in this case, at present the data regarding web contacts are maintained by the provider for a period not exceeding seven days.

The Site and the APP offer services for the sharing of photographs and the sale of images and photographs and videos and in the organization of events linked to the world of photography, including photography contests. The processing of the personal data of users of the Site loveyourpix.com and the APP loveyourpix is aimed at providing said services. In case of processing of data for marketing purposes the express consent of the user will be requested from time to time. Users are able to insert their data such as, by way of example, personal data, email address, postal address, credit card (this latter only on Site accessible via WEB browsers; no payment systems are provided for the APP), telephone number in the relevant forms present on the Site or APP according to the services offered by the Site loveyourpix.com and the APP and requested by the user. In these cases specific summary information notices are included or viewable on the relevant pages. The optional, explicit and voluntary provision of user data required from time to time depending on the service, involves the subsequent collection of the data, as this is necessary to perform the services provided by the site and the APP, as well as any other personal data included in communications sent by the users to the Site or to the APP or in the content posted by them on the Site or on the APP and shared with other users. In order to ensure that personal data is always accurate, current, complete and relevant, the user is encouraged to report any changes in data to the following e-mail address: contact@loveyourpix.com. It is possible that the personal data of third parties communicated by users is processed. In such cases, the user is encouraged to obtain the consent of the person to whom the data relates before communicating it to the Site or to the APP, and to inform that person of this Privacy Policy, as the user will be the sole party responsible for the communication of information and data relating to third parties if they have not expressly requested this, and for and use of such data that is incorrect or contrary to law.

Personal data may be made available to third parties that perform, acting as Data Processing Managers, specific services on behalf of 190PT, or disclosed to other recipients of the data collected by 190PT, which process data independently purely in order to perform services on the Site (such as by way of example, Banks, for the performance of payment services through credit card / debit card and / or carriers and freight forwarders) and only when that purpose is not incompatible with the purposes for which the user’s data was collected and subsequently processed and, in any case, in compliance with the law. The user’s personal information will not be transferred abroad, to those countries outside the European Union, which do not guarantee an adequate level of protection for individuals. Should this be necessary in order to render the services offered by the Site or the APP and requested by the user the transfer of personal data to countries that do not belong to the European Union and which do not ensure adequate levels of protection, will only be made after the conclusion between 190PT and such entities of specific contracts, containing adequate safeguards for the protection of personal data, in accordance with the law and applicable regulations. The data will not be disclosed, assigned, or otherwise transferred to other third parties without the users being informed in advance and, with their consent, when this is required by law. The user’s data may be disclosed to law enforcement agencies or judicial authorities, for example in the field of the Site’s or the APP’s anti-fraud services, in accordance with the law and if required.

190PT uses a technology commonly called "cookies" to manage the Site and ensure the functionality you one would expect during the visit. Cookies are small files that are sent to the user’s computer and show how the user is browsing the Site, providing information which is used to make the navigation experience easier and more efficient. 190PT uses different types of cookies:

- necessary cookies: These cookies are set by 190PT and allow the user to surf the Site and receive specific characteristics required, such as maintaining language preferences or allowing user to place orders on the Site. Without these cookies, the Site does not work.

- analytical cookies: These cookies are set by 190PT to collect statistical information (anonymous and aggregated) on the use of the Site. The information enables 190PT to improve the capabilities of the Site these cookies some of the pages of the Site may not function.

Apart from the above specifications regarding surfing data, the user is free to provide personal data in the various forms present on the Site loveyourpix.com or the APP loveyourpix. Failure to provide the same may result in the impossibility to receive items or services requested.

Personal data is processed by automated tools and in some cases with paper-based tools for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected. User’s personal data is stored in the form that allows its identification for the time strictly necessary for the purpose for which it was collected and subsequently processed and, in any case, within the limits of the law. Specific security measures are observed to prevent the loss of data, unlawful or incorrect use and unauthorized access. However, as it is not possible to guarantee that measures taken for the security of the Site and the transmission of data and information on the Site will prevent or exclude any risk of unauthorized access or loss of data, the user is encouraged to ensure that his computer has updated anti-virus software to protect the network transmission of data, both incoming and outgoing, and that his Internet service provider has adopted firewalls and spam filters or other appropriate measures for the security of data transmission via internet.

The individuals to whom the personal data refers have the right at any time to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of such data and to know its content and origin, verify its accuracy or request its integration or updating, or correction (art. 7 Data Protection Code). For the purposes of the same article the user has the right to request the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, and to oppose in any case, for legitimate reasons, its processing.
